Costume Rental Program

Until our website is fully developed, the past two years of group costumes are in the gallery section.  All previous costumes can be viewed at:  www.flickr.com/photos/dancentre 

Costumes can be rented individually or by group.  Quantities and sizes are listed below each picture.

Rental Terms:

$20.00 per costume (rental) & $20.00 per costume (damage deposit)

Please issue two separate cheques (1 for rental and 1 dor damage deposit).  Payable to Melfort Dance Centre Costume Rental.

Costumes will be shipped COD via bus or Canada Post and are expected to be returned postage paid.  Alternatively, if you will be in Melfort, we could arrange for you to pick them up.

Rental payment or return of costume is due within 3 weeks of receipt.  If there is no correspondence or return of costume at that time, the costume will be considered rented and costume rental fees will apply.

If alteration of a costume is required, basting or pinning is ok.  ABSOLUTELY NO MACHINE SEWING PLEASE.  Please remove any alterations before the costumes are returned and repair any minor damage.  Do not remove or write on any tags that may be on the costumes.  Costumes are to be returned in the condition they were received.   We would appreciate the return of clean costumes as well, most costumes can be hand washed or dry cleaned.  If the costume is returned in approved condition, a full damage deposit will be refunded.
